The 3,000 or so reported cases of HIV/AIDS in Nepal represent only the small tip of a much larger statistical iceberg. The UN estimates the real number is more than 60,000, or around 0.5% of the country. These images were shot in two locations, an HIV testing and counselling centre and in a drug users drop-in centre in Nepalgunj.
